Funnybone Interactive was a small software development company based in Canton, Connecticut that specialized in kid-friendly CD-ROM software. It was founded in 1985, and was formerly known as The Cute Company before changing its name to Funnybone Interactive in 1996. Prior to Funnybone Interactive closing down in the early 2000s, the company was a wholly-owned subvisory of Knowledge Adventure/Vivendi Universal and had helped develop multiple JumpStart games and videos.
